Return Process

  Choose between a prepaid shipping label to print at home or a QR code for printer-less drop-off at authorized locations.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn or trial-worn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all inserts are included before sealing the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
